		<description>I don&#039;t think you should feel that bad about a $400 grocery bill. If you&#039;re doing what you say, that is, eating it all and not being too extravagant, then where is the harm? There are all sorts of statistics about how Americans spend very little proportionally on food, mostly because of our McDonalds/Wal-Mart culture we expect to not pay much for our food. But why not?? I&#039;m happy to pay for quality, real food. 

I&#039;m a single girl and I spend about that much too! And I even shop at Whole Foods :)</description>
